Steve Woodward, CHTP
Steve is the President and Founder of
Centrada Solutions, LLC. He is a Certified Hospitality
Technology Professional (CHTP)
with over 20 years of hospitality and hospitality technology
experience.
His educational background is in Engineering.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mining
Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville
in 1984, Steve spent several years working as a Civil
Engineer in Phoenix, AZ.
Steve left the engineering profession
in 1988 to return to the hospitality field. He joined
Wyndham Hotels and Resorts that year and over the subsequent
nine years held a variety of hotel management positions
ranging from Department Manager to General Manager at
six Hotels and Resorts. This well-rounded experience
provided Steve with an in-depth understanding of all
aspects of the business of hospitality.
In 1997, Steve was promoted to Wyndham’s
Corporate office in Dallas, TX. There he began taking
on operational responsibilities for Wyndham’s Distribution
Systems. He was subsequently promoted to the Vice President
of Distribution Technology. In that position he was
responsible for the standardization, training, installation,
support, and maintenance of all of Wyndham International’s
Distribution Systems (Central Reservation System, Property
Management Systems, GDS/ADS Interfaces, Web Booking
Engine, and Sales & Catering Systems).
Steve left Wyndham in 2004 and founded
Centrada Solutions, LLC.
